This article analyzes the process of forming and developing creative activity in future primary teachers based on the requirements of international assessment programs. The study covers the requirements for the development of competencies such as creative thinking, problem solving, and logical-creative approach in international assessment systems such as PISA, PIRLS, and TIMSS, in combination with the content of educational and methodological support. The article substantiates the effective ways of integrating methodological tools, task systems, reflexive-analytical exercises, and innovative educational technologies into the teacher training process. The results obtained show that increasing the professional competence of future teachers and supporting creative activity through practice-oriented educational and methodological support is an important factor.
