Abstract

Raising a young generation is a delicate, extremely demanding process. Therefore, the teacher should observe the formation process of the student with great enthusiasm and care. This article also emphasizes that a teacher must have pedagogical knowledge and skills in order to be stable in the pedagogical process, as well as the teacher must understand the essence and dialectic of pedagogical phenomena, methods of pedagogical work, profession and technology and professional pedagogy. The first part of the article discusses the importance of pedagogical education in this process, the use of interactive methods to clearly demonstrate the purpose of the lesson, as well as the quality and speed of achievement of the desired result. In addition, the article discusses the advantages of information technology in the education system, as well as the use of computers and information and communication tools,The most important thing in the pedagogical process is that students can work with them. And a teacher with pedagogical knowledge and skills, first of all, must know the methodological foundations of pedagogy, the laws and factors of personal development, the essence, goals and objectives of the national training program, the majority of teachers working in the education system. The need and importance of pedagogical skills in the process of education and upbringing is especially recognized.
