The formation of the neuroimmune-edocrine (regulatory) system of the digestive tract covers the prenatal period, which takes place under sterile conditions, and the postnatal period, under the influence of various microorganisms. In this paper, the morphological features of the formation of the neuroimmune endocrine system of the intestine are considered. It, as an important component of the general regulatory system of the body, has a decisive influence on the structure and function of internal organs, providing interaction with the external environment.
